The Pennsylvania Foundation for Fair Contracting can help an awarding agency navigate the process of monitoring and complying with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.

As the first line of defense against contractors acting in bad faith, it is important that an Awarding Agency understands what to monitor for in order to ensure that each contractor and sub-contractor is properly paying their workers. The PA FFC can, at no cost to the awarding agency, can create a customized plan to help educate their staff on this very important issue. We can also consult, again, at no charge, on specific projects or specific questions that may arise.

Our only goal is to ensure that all workers on publicly funded construction projects in Pennsylvania are paid the legally mandated prevailing wage.
